I went through doola.com, an indian start up in usa which automates most of the coporation/business/llc formatioin with many states in usa. wyoming in its formation document does not mention the line of business, they just say 'any legal business'. When you want to transfer money from your own account from india, this falls under ODI to fund your startup in usa. without the actual line of business mentioned, govt/banks wont let you send money. So, I had to get a CA certificate to satisfy the bank/govt red tape stating that the line of business is computer & software development. Then I have to provide it to the bank to send my own money in india to my own business in usa.

A conversation between Raavana & Raama
A set of conversation between raavan and raam when ravan came to fulfill his brahminical obligation of performing a yagna for raam in ramayan.
Raavan: Tell me why did brahma the generator creator rakshasas?
Raam: Raxa means protection. He created various raxasas to protect his creation.
Raavan: Protect from who?
Raam: Whoever destroys or threatens to destroy or pose a danger to his creation.
Raavan: Who can pose a danger to his own creation? Who is powerful enough to pose a danger to the creator's creation?
Raam: The Generator Brahma, The Operator Vishnu, The Destroyer Shiv; So the GOD, the omkar itself
Raavan: Who else?
Raam: Their progeny of the creator like his Manasaputras, kumaras, manu & his offspring.
Raavan: Amongst the progeny of lineage of brahma the creator, we volunteered to protect his creation from any future threat with their life while; we chose to do raxa and thus called raxasas. Those who chose to rule instead of serve or protect the creator's creation, became devas; rulers of the cosmos.
Raam: I can see where you are going with this.
Raavan: We chose to serve and protect. Whenever humans ventured further into the forest, pillaged the nature, started weighing down on mother earth, we did our duties just like a tiger or a lion or any predator in the jungle controls the population of the animals, without it, the animals will breed uncontrollably and eat the whole forest until there is nothing left to grass, tree or leaf left to eat.
Raam: Yes, that is how the world's balance is maintained.
Raavan: Humans built cities and towns. It became crowded. Then they moved to other places to repeat the same cycle until they started getting into the forests. Cut down trees to build their houses, killed the animals, drove away the birds and native inhabitants. Many species became non existent. Some priests moved even away from these small settlements into seclude into the forests. They regularly made loud noises with their daily chants, built fire pits to offer offerings to make the devatas, the gods strong so that their sins of pillaging the creator's creation gets absolved & they get boons in return.
Raam: That is a one sided argument but I can see your point of view.
Raavan: All this while the did our duties, we pushed back against the humans, the priests who chant all day and disturb the peaceful forest, cut trees & damage the settlements of many birds, animals and other creation of the creator, all for what? burn it in a fire fit to make the devatas strong? Why not just nurture the nature which nurtures us, like us the raxasa who have enjoyed generations of peace in this nature which you humans destroyed. We did what we promised. We fought the priests, we fought the humans and then you the xatriyas killed us for what? for fulfilling our vows to the creator. For choosing to rather stay poor and happy by being one with the nature than pillaging it to please gods, for a pot of gold or a mansion?.
Raam: Time changes and you didn't change...
Raavan: I am sorry, I have to cut you off there. Nothing changed for us. Creator didn't tell us to stop protecting his creation & just because we are dieng and slowly vanishing from existence while performing our duties, we didn't stop our duties or abandon our vows or switch sides. Unlike my brothers and sisters, I see the world as it is. The pillagers continued to prosper & get protection from the gods because they performed the rituals, offered offerings in the yajna, even though they continue to pose a threat to brahma's creation. So it does not matter whether you are good or bad, you are right or wrong, productive or deductive, protective or destructive as long as you appease the powerful, the gods you can continue to do whatever please you. That is the path I have chosen. I know you accuse of violating the honor of women but my such crimes pale in comparison with the Indra, the ruler of heavens. The only difference between me and him is he has the protection of the Vishnu, The meghashyam, the operator of the world and I do not. I am a raxasa, yes and I did what I though was right to avenge my sister's dishonor.
Raam: I can address and answer all of your queries and dilemma but is your mind open for change?
Raavan: NO...Never.
Raam: So we shall meet in the battle ground then.
Raavan: So, be it.
